Most of the time, a free alternative does the same job. Sometimes a paid tool genuinely earns it. We want to know which is which — so we test both and tell you exactly what we found.
We are not neutral. We give verdicts: Approved, Conditional, or Skip. If a tool is overpriced, redundant, or outperformed by something free — we say so, including tools we earn affiliate revenue from.
